Travel & Distance Fees

To keep our pricing transparent and consistent, travel is calculated from our Berkeley office location.

Appointments within a 12.5-mile radius of our Berkeley office (25 miles round-trip) are included at no additional travel cost.

Appointments located beyond 25 miles round-trip are subject to a travel fee.

Any applicable travel fee is clearly disclosed and confirmed at the time of booking, so there are no surprises.

Travel fees are based on distance only and apply consistently across our service area, regardless of appointment type or clinician assignment.
