That’s why we created ThrIVe Concierge: a nurse-led service that puts you in control of your health, on your terms.

As the leading mobile IV service in the Bay Area, we believe that people shouldn’t have to solely depend on a hospital-based insurance system to get the care they need. Whether it’s hydration, immune support, recovery, or longevity, patients deserve the ability to proactively invest in their health and well-being, without the barriers of traditional healthcare.

    My healthcare journey wasn’t traditional, but it’s been intentional. Before becoming a nurse, I spent over a decade working as a flight attendant, often in first class, where I honed the art of delivering exceptional service. It was there that I discovered my passion for creating seamless, elevated experiences. Eventually, I found myself wanting to bring that same level of care and attention to the world of health and healing.

    Healthcare is my second career, but it quickly became my calling. Over the years, I’ve built a diverse clinical portfolio in aesthetics, cardiac care, and emergency medicine. Each of these environments has taught me the power of presence, precision, and human connection, and has equipped me with a broad range of skills and knowledge that I bring to my practice.

    Today, I’m combining a sharp clinical eye with my deep understanding of wellness and luxury to offer proactive, patient-centered care that helps people feel their best. ThrIVing shouldn’t be limited to hospital walls or health insurance plans: it can be a lifestyle.

    I’m a registered nurse with a passion for wellness, IV therapy, and aesthetics—but more importantly, I believe in empowering people to take control of their health, beyond the limitations of the traditional healthcare system. I earned my BSN from San Francisco State University and was recognized as a SIGMA Honor Society member for excellence in nursing.

    My journey in healthcare began in 2017 in the Emergency Department, where I saw firsthand the gaps in our system—patients waiting too long for care, nurses overworked, and wellness treated as an afterthought. That’s why I started Thrive Concierge—a nurse-led business designed to put both patients and providers in charge.

    I specialize in luxury IV therapy and aesthetic services, bringing high-quality, convenient, and personalized care wherever you are. More than that, I want to create opportunities for nurses—giving them the freedom to do what they love while truly making an impact. By nurses, for nurses. By nurses, for patients.

    I’m a proud East Bay native and a 2018 graduate of Walla Walla University School of Nursing. For the past 7 years, I’ve served as a Registered Nurse, beginning in Behavioral Health and later transitioning to the fast-paced world of Emergency Medicine.

    During the COVID-19 pandemic, I joined the ranks of Travel Nursing, gaining invaluable experience across six states from coast to coast. My journey eventually brought me home to the Bay Area, right where it all started.

    Along the way, I’ve worked in IV Hydration in both Miami and San Diego, and now I’m excited to bring that wellness-centered care back to my own community. My mission is simple: to help us all look our best, feel our best, and Thrive.

    I earned my MSN from San Francisco State University in 2018, cutting my teeth in med-surg before leaping into the fast-paced world of emergency and urgent care. Now, as an FNP student, I’m bridging my clinical expertise with a decade-long obsession (read: fanatical devotion) to skincare, meticulously refining my own routine and geeking out over everyone else’s.

    My healthcare philosophy? Knowledge transforms care. Whether treating an urgent condition or optimizing skin health, I arm patients with clear, actionable plans. I understand informed choices lead to lasting results. And soon I’ll be merging my love for medicine and aesthetics to help people thrive inside and out.

Dr. Korina Tanner

M.D. | ThrIVe Concierge

With over 25 years of experience in primary care and urgent care medicine, Dr. Tanner has built a career focused on delivering high-quality, efficient, and patient-centered care. Throughout her career, Dr. Tanner has treated a wide range of acute and complex conditions, earning a reputation for clinical excellence, sound judgment, and compassionate care.

Now serving as Medical Director of ThrIVe Concierge and Fest IV, Dr. Tanner brings extensive frontline experience to the rapidly growing field of wellness and infusion therapies. In this role, she will oversee clinical protocols, ensure the highest standards of safety and compliance, and help tailor IV therapies to meet each patient’s individual needs. Dr. Tanner is passionate about combining evidence-based medicine with modern, convenient care models that enhance patient outcomes and overall well-being.
