Every program begins with a one-time onboarding visit, meaning your nurse comes to you. We review your health history, teach you everything you need know to self-inject with confidence, follow through with ongoing management of your goals, all with the quality and consistency you expect.
How It Works

Onboarding Visit.
Your nurse comes to you for your onboarding session, covered in your first month's subscription. We review your intake, teach self-injection technique, confirm your first dose, and get you set up for success.

Medical Provider Visit & Rx.
A licensed California Provider conducts your telehealth visit, reviews your labs, and issues your prescription. Medication ships directly to your door from our compounding pharmacy.

Ongoing Support.
Monthly check-ins, dose adjustments as needed, and for Tier 2 and 3 members, regular IV Therapy to keep your nausea controlled when it flares. Pairing with IV’s keeps you hydrated, energized, and absorbing nutrients during periods of decreased nutritional intake.

Yes. Semaglutide and Tirzepatide are FDA-approved medications prescribed by a licensed California physician following a telehealth good faith exam. All prescriptions are issued through our licensed 503 (A) compounding pharmacy network.

Yes, these are self-administered once-weekly subcutaneous injections. During your onboarding visit, included in your first month, your RN will teach you the full technique and confirm you're comfortable before you do it on your own.

Semaglutide (Ozempic) is a GLP-1 receptor agonist. Tirzepatide (Mounjaro/Zepbound) acts on both GLP-1 and GIP receptors, which in clinical trials showed greater average weight loss. Your physician will recommend which is appropriate based on your health profile.

Yes. All programs are month-to-month with no contracts. Cancel before your next billing cycle and you won't be charged. Your first month includes onboarding. If you cancel after the first month, you will not be charged again.

Each IV session comes with a $299 credit toward any drip on our full menu. Popular choices for weight loss members include our Hydration, Recovery, and Metabolic Boost drips. Premium drips above $299 are billed at the difference.

Yes — baseline labs (CBC, CMP, HbA1c, TSH, Lipid Panel) are required before your first prescription is issued. We partner with Rupa Health to make this easy. Bring existing labs from your PCP if they're within 90 days.

We are a cash-pay concierge service and do not bill insurance. Some HSA/FSA accounts may cover portions of the program — check with your plan administrator.

We serve the greater Bay Area from our Berkeley base — including Oakland, San Francisco, Marin, and surrounding areas. Onboarding and IV therapy visits are mobile; we come to you. If the initial consultation isn’t able to happen in-person with an RN, we can discuss an alternative care plan.
